Beware Jenny William who was from Oriental Property

Hi All,

Just want to share my story about this unlucky incident. 

Around 2010 Oct, I manage to rent out my condo (VillaPark) through Jenny William (Oriental Property) to rent out my unit to Iranian couple. I was so happy since my unit just renovate finish around that time. But I never know the bad dreams just began. 

Oriental had took the 1 month deposit, and I had signed the Rental agreement. After 2 months (end of Nov), due to personal issues the Iranian need to go back her home country. She request to get back the deposit plus whatever she had bought (around 2k as what she said). Of course I'm not going to give back any money due to she never give November RENT and after she move out I only found out she never paid for the electric (RM400) and water bill (RM60). My God, I dont know how she managed to use so much electric plus water! 

Before she moved out, I keep remind Jenny William make sure the tenant had paid everything. She keep told me the tenant had paid everything. Gosh, I really had no idea how she checked it. Wasai... Beside that, tenant simply hammer my living hall wall, and Jenny William promise help me to touch up back. Until now still haven't done yet!!!

I tried to call Jenny William around December to get back all the things that she promise to do so.

a. Promise to find another tenant to me with FOC. But i had call and sms her so many times, she just never ever bother to reply. even until today she never giv me a call or sms but she told her company that I never call or sms her! WTF...

b. Until now I still haven't received the rental agreement! She promise mail or drop to my mail box. The tenant already run away for 2 months I still haven't get it. I call Oriental, Jennifer also can't give me an answer whether i can get back the agreement or not. Wahlao, isn't that the agreement should keep in the office? Why big company procedures so messy???

c. I went back to my condo and checked the condition, found out that my house advertisement posters were tear off. She was the only one who has my condo key. Gosh...

d. I did requested to get back my key, even the Oriental Receptionist threaten her few times only she willing drop it to my condo mail box. Few times ffk. Don't even told me when she drop it, i have to go and find it out myself.  

e. Since I not manage to find her, I called her husband - Thomas (Team lead for Jenny William), his voice more louder than me. Wahsai, like I'm the one who done wrong! He just told me, I also can't contact her. Husband can't contact wife too!

Please be extra careful and good luck renting your place to a good tenant and even a good property agent!
